We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our team. This person will perform routine maintenance on multiple properties located in King County. The technician is responsible for providing exceptional service to all residents, future residents and internal team members/and vendors. This individual ensures the grounds and property hold high curb appeal; unit turns are completed correctly, cost effectively and on time; supplies are ordered, received, and inventoried and risk management assessments are completed. POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and will assist in all aspects of maintenance for the community.
