This position covers two apartment buildings, one in West Seattle with 24 units and another in Crown Hill with 9 units. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in apartment or property maintenance, be reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. Responsibilities include responding promptly to tenant maintenance requests, ensuring the buildings and common areas are clean and well-maintained, assisting with apartment renovations and turnovers, meeting with vendors and contractors as needed, and posting notices when required. We have a dive company in Washington state with a fleet of boats that constantly require maintanance and upkeeping ranging 30-45ft. We also have projects that require some construction and fabrication so we are looking for someone who knows their way around power tools. The more skill sets you have the better The more tools you have knowledge of and access to the better Pay per hour $25-$35 Also option for additional % crew share. Ability to assist in Commercial Diving Operation as Dive Tender or run the boat.
