Brighton Auto Body is currently looking to add a full time automotive painter! We have 8 down draft prep stations and a large paint shop to accomodate a high production painter. We are a non DRP shop so you will get paid for everything you do! We don't cater or give concession to insurance companies, we take care of our clients investments and our employees! We pay a better commission than most shops, pay every two weeks and we never have a shortage of work! We also offer individual health insurance after 30 days of employment, we would even consider starting insurance the same day we hire someone for the right candidate. This is a full time year round position! We use OEM parts matching programs on 99% of our vehicle repairs to accommodate our clients. We are a large well-organized shop looking for a well-organized person who produces high quality paint work. Our workflow is in place with procedures to make your job less stressful and an enjoyable place to work. We have a dedicated crew, in house mechanical shop and ample space to move vehicles thru production. Our shop is very busy and we desire employees who will rise to the occasion. This position is unique because we do not have a lot of employee turn over. We are looking for a stable very long term employee. Please have all of your own tools, paint equipment and valid drivers license. Must have color tint expierence and know polyurethane base coat clear coat systems. We are a family owned business of 57 years and truly believe that weekends are for family, friends, relaxing and enjoying your hobbies and your time however you see fit. Hours of Operation: Monday thru Thursday 7:00am-5pm and Fridays 7:00am- 3:00 pm, with Holidays and weekends off.

The Maintenance Officer is a full-time contract position responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled maintenance, repair, and construction tasks to support the daily operations of the College’s facilities. This role requires broad technical knowledge and hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems. The Maintenance Officer ensures that campus buildings, classrooms, clinic areas, and grounds are safe, functional, and well maintained in support of the College’s mission. This is a contract position and the candidate must provide their own tools as needed. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on College facilities, including classrooms, offices, clinic spaces, and common areas. Conduct simple repairs in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and emergency response. Assist with campus improvement projects such as building renovations, furniture assembly, and minor construction. Monitor and maintain building systems, including lighting, HVAC, water supply, and drainage. Perform inspections to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance needs. Respond promptly to work orders and service requests submitted by College faculty administrators. Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition. Collaborate with outside contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs or large-scale projects. Support event setup and breakdown, including moving equipment, staging, and room configuration. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and College policies at all times. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical school training preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in general maintenance, with demonstrated skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair. Knowledge of building codes, occupational safety regulations, and preventative maintenance practices. Ability to read technical instruction manuals. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, operate power tools, and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions. Valid driver’s license required. Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Some evening or weekend work may be required for emergencies or special events (not typical).
