Property Management Seeks Repairman to work on various projects. Job will consist of working on ongoing jobs, paint/plaster/drywall, and handling smaller repair jobs that come up in tenant occupied apts, such as general carpentry, plumbing leaks, light electrical issues 8 hours per day. $200 per day. 2-3 days per week.
