The current base salary for this position is $18.50/hr. Operate a variety of powered industrial equipment including forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and order selectors Operate power equipment at least 80% of working hours Consistently lift cartons and merchandise onto/off conveyor lines, pallets, and storage containers Maintain and verify documentation to facilitate merchandise flow Must possess the ability to: Comprehend and follow written, verbal, and computer-delivered directions Utilize math skills to verify quantities and complete paperwork Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), scanners, and other equipment Apply attention to detail and problem-solving skills Identify products and match numbers Operate powered equipment such as forklifts and order selectors Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Previous distribution center experience is helpful Flexible with job assignments, including departments, brands, locations, and overtime Meet productivity standards after training Team player with good interpersonal skills Comply with all safety, OSHA, and hazardous materials guidelines Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours/day) Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, at or above shoulder level Push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, and stoop regularly Use hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity Work at high levels when needed Successfully complete power equipment training Valid Driver License with fewer than 6 points Reports to DC Supervisor; no direct reports An equal opportunity employer. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Provide direct primary care medical services to include history, diagnosis, treatment, referral and follow-up of patients. • Provide all services in accordance with accepted medical standards, organizational policies, contractual requirements, and in a manner that is responsive to the needs of all patients. • Maintain a high level of awareness of evolving medical practices and work in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer to develop and implement new practices and protocols as appropriate. • Participate in the 24-hour call schedule when required and provide appropriate medical triage according to established protocols. • Participate in quality assurance, peer review and utilization review activities as assigned. • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Competencies: • Expertise in field of board certification. • Ability to keep accurate, clear and legible records.
