Looking for someone to take over my lease starting October 1st (flexible) through March 31, 2026 (6 months) with the option to renew after that. This studio/convertible gets a ton of light and is in a very quiet building/neighborhood. The building is a renovated synagogue and the unit is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Rent is $1800 a month with the option of parking in the secure lot attached to the building for an additional $200 a month. Building is located 700 ft from Argyle redline station. Partially covered bike storage with security camera on side of building (inside locked gate) Unit has electric AC and heat. monthly bill usually is around $80-100 throughout the year.
