The Bier Stein is looking for a seasoned beertender with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the service industry to join our team. We are looking for someone with extensive beer knowledge and ability to work in a fast pace environment. Available Shifts: Open Availability Required Duties include but are not limited to: *Providing exceptional customer service *Greeting and seating guests *Operating a POS system, including proper money handling *Serving and pouring beer and wine *Bussing and sanitizing tables *Restocking supplies and completing opening/closing side work Requirements: *Food Handler's Certification *OLCC *Cicerone within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities: Clean and prepare guest rooms to meet hotel standards for guest arrivals. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas within the hotel. Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Ensure a consistent supply of fresh linens and towels for housekeeping operations. Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms, ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and questions. Report any damages or repairs required to management for timely resolution. Ensure all lost and found items are reported. Qualifications: Punctuality and consistency at work are very important for this position. Some prior experience in laundry operations is required. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and fellow team members. Ability to work well within a team and independently. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
