Hook & Line is a fun and lively modern seafood eatery in downtown Santa Cruz. The restaurant provides a unique take on responsibly sourced seafood, with an ingredient-driven menu created by the celebrated Chef Santos Majano. Our beverage program showcases small production spirits, seasonal cocktails, craft beers, and organic and biodynamic wines produced with minimal intervention. The Bier Stein is looking for a seasoned beertender with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the service industry to join our team. We are looking for someone with extensive beer knowledge and ability to work in a fast pace environment. Report any damages or repairs required to management for timely resolution. Ensure all lost and found items are reported. Qualifications: Punctuality and consistency at work are very important for this position. Some prior experience in laundry operations is required. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and fellow team members. Ability to work well within a team and independently. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
