Hosts greet all guests as they come in- and say goodbye as they leave. Manage all take out orders and tablets, pack all take out orders, seat tables on rotation and implement wait lists as needed, managing customer needs, cleaning menus, maintaining a clean entrance area, etc. Menu memorization is required. Part time hours are currently available. (12-20 hours / week) Hosts receive a server tip out each shift & keep all tips from take out orders. Employees also receive a meal every shift. We are looking for caregivers who are willing to work in Berkeley and caregivers who live outside who can arrive in Berkeley within 30 minutes. We’re especially interested in working with caregivers who accept IHSS Shifts vary and are available 7 days a week. Shifts can be short (1-2 hours) or long (6-12 hours).
