Our nanny is heading back to school full time this semester, so we are looking for a responsible young adult to help us manage our house and pick up out kids (girl and boy, 7 and 8) at 2pm on the weekdays and help facilitate their afternoons of sports and other activities. Would also look for heavy house help to keep us organized and running smoothly. This could include cleaning, cooking, doing the kids launry, changing sheets, organizing, grocery shopping, restocking the house and more. We do have weekly house cleaners so we don't expect heavy cleaning, but more tidying. Would also love to have some night time and weekend babysitter as well in case we are traveling. We have local family as well, grandparents that are super helpful and could balance helping the with the kids during the week. We also have two other families would 7 cousins in total that that all use some help, so we could provide additional hours during the week as needed.

Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Completion of all types of work orders from residents. • Completion of all resident apartment turn over tasks. • Must be able available to complete “On-call” duties. • Some administrative duties may be included such as opening, tracking and closing work orders. • Conducting property inspections and/or participating on an inspection team. • Complete preventative maintenance activities. • On-going inspection of tools and equipment for safety. • Prior experience in electrical/plumbing/ HVAC & appliance repair skills a plus. • Full knowledge of property’s emergency procedures. Maintenance technician positions require that an individual be able to lift moderate weights of between 30-60 lbs. on a regular basis and the ability to stand and/or walk all day.
