Overview: The Auto Glass Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers. Chip Repair 15 minutes to 1 hour onsite, Replacement without Calibration 1-2 hours onsite, Replacement with Calibration 2-3 hours onsite. • Process customer information and insurance details, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Provide clear and concise information about auto glass products, services, and warranty policies. • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, seeking escalation when necessary. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
