Inspect and taste all ingredients and preparations for quality control up to Shoreline standards as designated by chef. Communicate with the owner, chef and other staff before, during and after shift. Work in an organized, sanitary fashion, cleaning as you go and washing dishes as needed. The Daily Kitchen & Bar Carytown is hiring hosts and food runners for the fall. Support staff earn on average $15-18/hr. Hosts greet and seat guests, reset tables, maintain cleanliness in the dining room and help with running side work such as rolling silverware and restocking the host stand.
