A valid driver’s license and car insurance are required. The candidate must possess the ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including state and federal checks, upon hiring. The candidate must possess the ability to maintain a regular schedule during the week and on holidays as needed. Some shifts may exceed 8 hours. Key Responsibilities: • Curriculum & Instruction: Plan and execute engaging, age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and encourage learning. • Nurturing Environment: Create a loving and supportive classroom where children feel secure and valued as individuals. • Spiritual Development: Integrate simple Bible stories and Christian values into daily lessons and activities. • Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care at all times. • Parent Communication: Maintain open and consistent communication with parents about their child’s progress. • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members and the director to provide a high-quality program.
