Requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on user acceptance testing (UAT). - Proven experience in leading UAT efforts and managing user involvement in testing processes. - Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, with an emphasis on UAT best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with business users, stakeholders, and team members. - Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA) and defect tracking systems. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
