Excellent Wi-Fi for devices and television streaming, available for $25 monthly. Owner is a retired professional, active, lives on premises since buying home over 30 years ago. "Some" preference given to female candidates because I have one female boarder, here 4 years, in room adjacent to the one being rented. I seek active, on the go boarders, male or female. Enclosed front porch for secure package delivery. Steel, locked mailbox out front. Seeking medium to long-term boarders. Pace Bus Stop 100 yards from my front door for the 571 bus.
