Just voted Best Waxing Of Marin, HoneyGirl Beauty is seeking a full time Licensed esthetician who also has the drive to sell curated clothing and retail. We are unique in that we offer not only waxing services but also provide a clothing boutique environment. The individual that we are hoping to find will have the capacity to offer seamless beauty and customer service as well as the ability to sell products and clothing within our boutique. This position has the huge potential for growth and learning. We emphasize a work/life balance and hope to find one who appreciates this culture through hard work and reliability. We are a small, hard working team at HoneyGirl and would love to have a like-minded individual join it. Duties: -Esthetic services such as facial and body waxing, brow tinting, etc. -Product/Retail Sales -Use Square software to complete transactions -Maintain a clean work environment -Provide impeccable customer service -manage backend inventory and retail (training provided) Requirements: 1 Year of full Body & Facial Waxing Experience is (REQUIRED) Sales Drive Sales Experience Flexible Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and coworkers Prior experience working in esthetic services is highly recommended but not required for the right candidate Customer Service experience Team Player Must have the ability to multitask Esthetitian License NOTE: pay is dependent on experience. Pay ranges from $29+hr, tips, plus commission on retail sales.

Able to take and follow simple instructions when necessary Work on a team and work independently. Dryrot repair/Framing/Window installation/Door installation. Hardieplank siding. redwood siding and trim installation. Must be legal to work in the U.S. of A. have a Valid Social Security Card and Valid CDL or CA I.D. Have your out truck and tools. Verifiable work history / resume and references.
