Manage baking schedules to meet daily shop needs and custom catering deadlines. Operate and care for bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers, sheeters, etc.). Ensure all products meet food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with the team on new menu ideas, seasonal specials, and custom creations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked. Qualifications 1–3 years of professional baking experience preferred (pastry, bread, or cake decorating experience a plus). Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functions, and kitchen safety. Ability to follow recipes and also adapt creatively when needed. Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Team player with a positive, dependable, and hardworking attitude.
