Rare opportunity to take my private studio in a large community of artists. Approximately 120 sq feet within a larger 10,000 sq ft workshop of shared spaces (you can read more about it on SightUnseen at the link below). There is a community of approximately 50 working artists of many mediums, from cobbler to skateboard design, to furniture makers, to ceramics. It's a unique set up; the private studios have access to the bigger space where there is a full woodshop and communal ceramics studio. The ceramics studio is equipped with two wheels and a slab roller. There is a front loading kiln, and a round top loader, rented by the firing. One quirk of my space is that there is another room that passed through for access to their space. Most any artists and maker welcome, with approval of the manager of the space. I am primarily a ceramist, and have the space set up as such. I am taking my wheel, but I carefully designed the space and am happy to discuss leaving the shelve and furnishings in place, or it can also be delivered as a white box. This is also a dog friendly space (I often bring mine) and parking is very easy. One month security required. Minimum of three month commitment. Move in date is flexible. Please reach out with any questions. It's a pretty magical space and community to be a part of, I've really loved it. https://www.sightunseen.com/2025/07/this-red-hook-studio-and-woodshop-is-redefining-what-a-design-community-can-look-like/ artists studio arts pottery
