Are you having difficulty finding a clean, quiet short term rental? We have furnished rooms and 1 apartment close to Quincy's VA and hospitals, manufacturing, and construction companies. This is a Historic Mansion and we accept short term rental contracts. Rents start out at $700 + deposit and shared utilities (split evenly among guests). You'll enjoy a peaceful and quiet, safe and secure lodging with onsite management (just like a hotel). Maximum 3 working single guests in the main house and 1 in the apartment. Rooms are locked and you'll be provided with your room key along with a house key. Room servicing offered per guest's preference (i.e. bi monthly) which includes changing linens and towels. Rates - small room with queen bed $700 monthly, next larger room with queen bed $850, bottom floor large room with queen bed and built in closets $1000, and our 1 bed room apartment with queen bed and full kitchen and living room $1400. All rooms require deposits. These rooms are also listed on Airbnb, Furnished Finder and VRBO so you know you're getting a great deal at reduced rates in comparison to nightly rates.
