Adaptive Property Solutions provides building documentation services nationwide. We are seeking an individual to perform architectural as-built field verification services at commercial spaces in Sacramento, CA. In our process, we perform a 3DVR scan to generate a point cloud, which we use to create as-built drawings in Revit. We need a local field tech to provide interior confirming measurements and exterior elevation sketches. Architects, Engineers, Drafters, and individuals with experience in commercial construction are well-suited to perform these surveys. Role & Responsibilities: Prepare and compile all required commissioning documents and deliverables in step with project schedules.Responsible for creating all required Design Phase Commissioning Documents, Construction Phase Commissioning Documents, and providing Construction Phase Commissioning services. Deliver meaningful value to ensure building systems meet project goals, the project owner’s expectations & requirements, and function as intended by the project designers. LOCATION: Between Aspen and Glenwood Springs SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | On call 24/7 SALARY: $65,000 per year. Plus 10% performance bonus. General expectation is that this role maintains and preserves the life of all common area equipment, inclusive of both the interior and exterior of the building and complies with all City, County, State, OSHA, and all governmental agency mandates.  WHAT YOU'LL DO  Engineering management of a residential facility; including common areas, amenity space and parking garage. Provide quarterly cost analysis and cost projections for all utilities, chilled water, electrical, gas and on all maintenance items needed, filters, belts, valves, and maintenance equipment. Efficiency analysis and energy savings audits done on a quarterly basis. Create, execute, and maintain an automated preventative maintenance program to include all components of the building.  Implement and maintain all required maintenance SOPs as directed by GM and VP of Risk Management.  Maintain any “green energy” qualifications of the building.  Coordinate, maintain, and keep current all building component inspections.  Supervises full maintenance team and any other departments as assigned by the GM.  Develops training to ensure excellence in job performance.  Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors.
