**Project Manager** **Job Overview:** Wildhaven is a fast-growing outdoor hospitality brand with glamping resorts in Sonoma County and just outside of Yosemite NP. We are looking for a contract Project Manager to spearhead phase 2 development of our newest glamping resort from initiation to completion. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with extensive construction management experience and exceptional leadership skills to drive project success. **Responsibilities:** - Define phase 2 project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with owners. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases effectively. - Minimize exposure and risk on project. - Create and monitor budgets. - Manage RFIs & bidding process. - Manage contractors & inspectors. - Manage permit submittals and approvals. - Managing the quality and safety control for the project. - Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. - Employ organizational skills to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently. - Oversee project engineering tasks to meet technical requirements. **Experience:** - Proven experience (5+ years) in construction project management, ideally with a focus on developing hospitality/commercial projects. - Proven ability to creates timelines and budgets, and drive construction projects to completion on time and on budget. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. - Strong communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to present project updates and findings professionally. Summary: Seeking a skilled Project Manager (life cycle PM) to support the delivery of Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) through effective management of CIP and/or non-CIP projects. Responsible for managing projects throughout all phases of a project, including, but not limited to, business case development for project initiation, study, design, construction, procurement, operations turnover and project closeout.
