Full-Time Handyman / Maintenance Technician Needed for 42-Unit Property We are seeking an experienced and reliable Full-Time Handyman to manage all maintenance and repair tasks for our 42-unit residential property. About the Role: You will be the sole maintenance professional responsible for ensuring our property and units are well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for all residents. Key Responsibilities: Respond to maintenance requests: Promptly and professionally address all tenant work orders for repairs and maintenance. Conduct general repairs: Handle a wide range of maintenance tasks, including basic electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets, fixtures), plumbing issues (e.g., leaky faucets, clogged drains), and appliance troubleshooting. Maintain common areas: Ensure hallways, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces are clean and in good working order. Groundskeeping, lawn maintenance and exterior maintenance: Assist with light exterior work, such as keeping grounds free of debris and ensuring sidewalks are safe. Coordinate with management: Communicate regularly with property management regarding work progress, major repairs, and inventory needs. Requirements: Proven experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance, general contracting, or a similar handyman role. Proficient with tools: Must own and be proficient in using a wide variety of hand and power tools. Reliable transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the property.
