Seeking a pizza cook with a minimum of two years of experience in New York-style pizza preparation. Proficiency in dough stretching, prepping, and other kitchen aspects is highly valued. Starting at 20+ hr depending on experience. The position is initially part-time, with four shifts per week, shift from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM during the day or night shifts 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The night pitmaster position is one of the most important positions at our restaurant. You will be in charge of our two 1,000 gallon smokers as well as a good-sized prep list. Must have prep experience, solid knife skills, and a lot of self motivation as you will be working alone for a large part of the shift. This is a full-time position and we need someone that can work FIVE consecutive nights a week. Ideally, if hired you would work a week at the 4am-12pm shift, a week during the day, and then transition to the night shift from 6:30p-3a during your third week.
