This is a very small private space (furnished or not) in a quirky backyard community that includes a couple of other delightful tiny dwellings. Rent is $500, + equal share of electric + $250 deposit on move in. NO CATS OR DOGS. (Other animals considered) The main house is a short stroll away and has the essentials and there's lots of fun extras sprinkled throughout the property. Located in west Eugene near the park, bike path and bus lines. This is a safe no drama environment with a whimsical pirate rebel vibe where you can be free to be yourself Tell me about yourself and your situation, but before you paste me your default reply understand that I’m not looking for someone who “is clean and keeps to themselves” but rather is down to be silly and participate in our kooky community. This room has been listed for a bit because we’re not in a rush to fill the vacancy and the majority of responses fail to follow one simple instruction; Please include a specific time you would like come over in your initial reply (not a generalization).
