💰 PAY & BONUSES
$1,700-$1,800 weekly
Paid weekly via Direct Deposit
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
– $1,500 after 1st load
– $1,500 after 6 months
– $2,000 after 1 year
*No bonus if 6+ jobs in past 3 yrs*
Tarp Pay: $40/load
Detention: $16/hr after 2 hrs
Layover: $100/day
Breakdown: $100/day
$300 weekly non-taxed per diem
🚛 EQUIPMENT
2023+ Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680
Automatic Transmissions – OK with auto restriction
Avg tractor age under 3 years
Inverter (1500W) and bunk heater
65 MPH governed speed
Assigned truck – can take home (attached to trailer)
📦 FREIGHT & LANES
Flatbed – steel, pipe, etc.
Running area: Regional
Avg 2,000–2,500 mi/week
40–50% tarp loads, 0% Haz-Mat
Home weekends (34-hour reset)
🧾 REQUIREMENTS
Min Age 22
1 year OTR (3 states) + 6 months flatbed in last 5 yrs
Experience with pipe & steel required
Must know straps, tarps, chains, binders
No training for OTR or flatbed – must have experience
Max 3 moving violations in 3 yrs / 1 major in 3 yrs
Max 1 DOT-preventable accident in past year
No pending cases or recent DUIs (5+ yrs old OK)
Must pass urine drug screen
