Lease Administration: Responsible for securing at minimum the industry average of the overall closed leases at the property. Perform move-in inspections with new residents. Review Welcome packet with new resident in a timely manner. Maintain legal records/files. Input daily activity on daily and vacancy reports. Manage resident relations: Prepare and process resident service requests. We are looking for a 2-Person Resident Security Team that will serve as live-in security for Willamette Oaks, a beautifully situated Senior Housing community in Eugene, OR. WHAT IS OFFERED We provide a one-bedroom apartment (~550 sq. ft.) where you and another individual would work on a part-time and on-call basis, trading off every three or four nights with another team to share the responsibilities listed below. Ideally, you would want to become an integral part of the community, offering caring customer service and a safe living environment in the evenings for your fellow residents. Although this is not a paid position, all utilities are paid for including free cable TV, Wi-Fi, and parking.
