Looking for a General Contractor to partner with for single family ground up construction in Marin County. I am interested in becoming a Developer, but for now what I would bring to the table would be investment for land acquisition downpayment and permits. You should be willing to put in some cash for equity as well (for profit sharing). You should be a licensed GC with prior experience doing Ground up Construction on flat/downsloped/upsloped lots. Plan is to buy a property (I see a few in SF Bay Area, buy would like to start with Marin County specifically unless you are aware of better ones) that is ready to start construction now. I can obtain Bill of Quantities from an Estimator, and you can add labor and material cost and check if it is feasible to do the project or not from your point of view. Exit strategy is to build and sell. Profit would shared based on equity on the project (can discuss the terms). Position Summary: The Concrete Pump Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a concrete (line) pump on various commercial and industrial job sites. This role requires experience in handling pumping equipment, setting up the pump, coordinating with crew members, and ensuring high-quality grout placement that meets job specifications, safety standards, and project deadlines. Must be able to pass background check for military base access Key Responsibilities • Operation of Equipment: Safely operate concrete pumps to place grout at specified locations, managing pump pressure, line flow, and pump efficiency. • Setup & Tear Down: Prepare pump equipment, hoses, lines, and attachments at the beginning of the shift and properly dismantle, clean, and store them after use. • Jobsite Coordination: Work closely with the masonry crew and project managers to coordinate grout delivery and placement. • Maintenance: Perform daily inspections, lubrication, and minor maintenance of the pump to ensure reliable operation. Report equipment issues promptly. • Safety Compliance: Follow all company, OSHA, and project-specific safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and adherence to site protocols. • Grout Handling: Monitor pump operation to maintain consistent flow, avoid blockages, and ensure quality grout placement. • Documentation: Complete daily logs, maintenance checklists, and equipment usage reports. • Support Role: Assist masonry crews with additional tasks as needed, including hose handling, cleanup, or site preparation. We are seeking a Plumber for one of our local clients in the Crescent City area. The selected individual will need knowledge of most plumbing responsibilities and qualifications listed below. Responsibilities: Assemble and install plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures Adhere to safety policies and procedures Being able to identify areas that can and cannot be unearthed (Digging). Installation of fixtures (Sinks, Toilets, faucets etc.) Qualifications: Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or another related field Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus. Ability to handle physical workload Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building.
