General contractor looking to hire multi skilled tradesmen to do drywall, painting, finish carpentry, cabinets, plumbing, flooring, tile or any combination of trades. We specialize in repair work. Must be able to blend/match textures. Carpentry includes baseboards and casing. Hanging doors is a plus. We repair closet organizers and install cabinetry. Most jobs are smaller repair work. Primary plumbing tasks include water heater detach/reset, and install of finish, toilets, and appliances- no re-pipes or heavy lifting. Opportunities for prevailing wage work performing above trades. We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Carpenter / Working Foreman to take charge of job sites, push production, and help us grow into a tight, high-quality crew.
