We promote from within and offer opportunities to expand your certifications, responsibilities, and future in the trades. ________________________________________ Job Summary: We’re seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor with direct field experience in residential foundation repair and structural work. You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership and grow within a company that promotes from within. This role requires extensive field experience in residential foundation repair, carpentry, and concrete forming, as well as expertise in grade beams, caissons, and seismic retrofitting. Zachry does not provide a drive-home truck for this position. Essential Functions Be responsible and report to work on time. Produce clean and accurate work. Produce high-quality and cost-effective work results. Go the extra mile to take high-quality and clean oil samples for lab analysis. Conduct oil analysis and read results. Maintain accurate record keeping of all daily tasks. Keep work area and machines clean and free of excessive oil and grease. Perform visual inspections on equipment and provide written reports of conditions and deficiencies. Service a wide variety of construction equipment, including cranes, pavers, dirt equipment, plant equipment, and other types of machinery. Work safely and follow all instructions related to company policies and regulatory agencies during the performance of duties. Flexibility to work night shift and weekends as needed. Required Skills & Experience Must possess a Class A or B CDL with X endorsement and Hazmat in order to drive a service truck. Must have a clean driving record. Must pass a pre-employment physical examination and must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. 2+ years experience in the Heavy Equipment Maintenance industry or an educational degree in Diesel-related technical courses is preferred. Have own hand tools (up to 1 1/2” wrenches and sockets) and storage necessary to perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment (larger tools supplied by Zachry as necessary). Knowledge of oil analysis and ability to read results. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and capable of following directions and effectively working in a team environment. Good computer skills are a plus. Good mechanical skills are a plus.
