We promote from within and offer opportunities to expand your certifications, responsibilities, and future in the trades. ________________________________________ Job Summary: We’re hiring an experienced, hands-on working Construction Foreman to lead one of our structural field crews across Los Angeles County. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone with a deep background in concrete, framing, foundation work, and structural repair. In this role, you will lead and supervise a crew on structural and foundation repair projects while planning daily tasks, assigning responsibilities, and managing overall jobsite workflow. You will interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and scope documents, as well as coordinate material, labor, and equipment needs to keep projects running smoothly. A key part of the role includes ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and OSHA compliance is maintained. You will also be responsible for tracking progress, maintaining daily field reports, and communicating effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients.
