We are looking for someone who has 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience As an Experienced Auto Body/Paint Professional, you’ll be expected to train other autobody technicians and perform extensive paint or bodywork on multiple panels, including: ~Blending base coat for a color match for two-stage paint application ~Correcting fish-eyes as they appear in the paint ~Using water-based paint to paint/gloss the vehicle inside our paint booths ~Heavy plastic welding/stapling ~Heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding ~Roof and rocker panel repair ~Large area, heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair) ~Blending base coat for a color match for two-stage paint application ~Using water-based paint to paint/gloss the vehicle inside our paint booths

Master Automotive Technician What temperament and experience requirements we need: • Ability to work safely by yourself and with others • 5+ years in relative mechanical field • A great attitude • Must have complete set of tools • Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch • With stand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes and noise • Powerstroke, Duramax, Cummins experience • Strong drivability/electrical diagnostic skills • Knowledge of the methods, practices, materials and tools of the automotive mechanic trade • Knowledge of the operating and repair characteristics of a variety of heavy and light duty equipment • Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems • Knowledge of the principals of internal combustion diesel and gas engines • Ability to use tools and equipment common to the mechanic trade • Ability to evaluate cause of equipment failures in both heavy and automotive equipment • Ability to comprehend and research technical information provided by paper manuals and electronic online repair manuals • Ability to use and understand computer programs as assigned. A level 1 Mechanic must be confident and capable in the following services: Brakes, Suspension/Steering, Charging Systems, & Basic Tune-Ups. What we need: High School Diploma or GED required, vocational training or technical training program in automotive service technology or a related field preferred. 2-4 years of hands-on practical experience. Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools is essential. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and develop solutions is critical. Attention to Detail: Precision in diagnosing problems and making repairs is necessary to ensure vehicles and machinery are operating safely and efficiently. Physical Stamina and Dexterity: often work in physically demanding environments and must be able to handle tools and components comfortably.
