ShareLooking for a Full Time employee: We are seeking an entry level groundsman • Experience with running a chipper and chainsaws preferred • Have a valid WA state driver’s license* • At least 18 years of age* Mon-Fri. 8:00-430(occasional shorter and longer days) Pay rate: Groundman 180.00-250.00/day based on experience and skill level Experienced Ground foreman- 250.00-300 day based on skills, experience and certifications. Description: Looking for an experienced Groundman, to deal with clean up and ground associated tasks as well to assist climbers as needed Other Expectations/Duties: - must have dependable transportation to and from work (Valid Drivers License) - BE ON TIME - reliable individual, self-motivated - a can-do, positive, upbeat attitude - good communication skills: active listening and clear speaking - drug-free - physically fit, ability to lift and drag heavy loads - willing to work in any weather conditions, passion for outdoors - must be able to follow complex series of instructions and work under pressure - work as part of a crew - hauling and loading wood into truck
