ShareContract Cleaning Professional (Residential & Office) Join our growing team as an independent contractor and help keep homes and offices spotless. We’re looking for detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate well, and deliver a great client experience. About the Role Status: 1099 Independent Contractor Locations: Residential homes and small to mid-sized offices in the suburbs around the metro area Schedule: set your Flexible; set your availability (weekdays, evenings, or weekends) Start Date: ASAP What You’ll Do Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and workspaces Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Office tasks: wipe down desks, common areas, conference rooms, and break rooms Periodic deep-clean tasks (inside fridge/oven, baseboards, blinds, interior windows) Report maintenance issues, supply needs, or access problems Follow client-specific checklists and security/lock-up procedures What You Bring 6+ months experience in residential or commercial cleaning (preferred) Reliability, strong attention to detail, and professional communication Smartphone for scheduling, navigation, and job updates Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift/move up to 25–30 lbs and be on your feet for several hours Willingness to complete a background check Proof of right to work; ability to receive 1099 payments Liability insurance (or willing to obtain) We Provide Consistent client leads and route planning Clear checklists and training on standards Eco-friendly and conventional product use.
