Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-friendly Laundromat Attendant to oversee daily operations, perform wash, dry fold services, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and assist customers with machines and services. The attendant will ensure machines are in working order, handle minor troubleshooting, and support customers with any questions or concerns. Part time or Full time Key Responsibilities: -Greet and assist customers with using washers, dryers, and other services. -Perform wash, dry and fold services. -Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including machines, floors, and restrooms. -Monitor machine operations and report any maintenance issues. -Perform minor troubleshooting or resets on equipment as needed. -Restock supplies such as detergents, laundry bags, or vending items. -Handle basic cash register or point-of-sale transactions (if applicable). -Ensure a safe, orderly, and customer-focused environment. Qualifications: -Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. -Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. -Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. -Previous customer service or retail experience a plus.
