GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION and REQUIREMENTS: Established Facility Services company has some new projects coming on board and is seeking QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED, SERIOUS and RELIABLE Maintenance Tech/Handyman for the upcoming jobs. Will handle regular service calls, painting, projects, remodeling and construction tasks. REQUIREMENTS: > MUST speak English AND Spanish. > MUST be 25 years of age or older and able to legally work in US. > Have a valid and clean driver's license and able to pass background and drug screen. > Availability to occasionally travel within Florida would be a PLUS. > Experienced and able to personally handle Repair and Maintenance Service Calls. > Able to work individually and as part of a team on service calls and projects. > Ability to respond to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance and service issues. > Ability to be "on-call" for emergencies when needed. > Ability to be flexible with schedule. Some of our work must be scheduled and done after 5PM or weekends when clients are closed. GOOD STARTING SALARY AND BENEFITS: > Starting wage of $18.00 to $20.00 an hour. Looking for a well-organized person to come and work for our sustainable landscape-plant nursery company in Boynton Beach. Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years in the landscape industry primarily working with plant installation. We are NOT a lawn or maintenance company. We create landscape & drainage designs and install plants primarily using tools and equipment. Do not call us if you are only interested in using a lawn mower, weed eater, or edger. This is a full time job with benefits of holiday and vacations after a certain period of time working for the company. If candidate is able to drive vehicle, we will offer additional money for your wages.
