Janitorial/office cleaner (San Antonio & schertz)

We have a delivery route available in rural Latah County. For a 2-3 hour time investment each morning, you can take back what inflation is slicing out of your budget. The route pays $1,950 per month. Income is direct deposited by the 5th and the 20th of each month. The deliveries include dropping mail sacks at specified post offices and filling our coin operated newspaper vending machines on the route. There are no deliveries to homes or individuals. The mail sacks and papers are picked up at our drop location in Moscow at approximately 2am. Deliveries are then made to Potlatch, Deary, Bovill, Kendrick, Juliaetta and Troy. These are contracted deliveries and contractor bears the expense of delivery. It is highly recommended that you have an economical vehicle as a daily driver and, if needed, a vehicle for wintery weather. Deliveries are made 6-days per week. The primary role of this position is to operate the garbanzo cleaning facility. Cleaning months are typically September-April, with operation intermittent at times depending on markets and product availability. When there is not cleaning work to be done, there is work on the farm side of things. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required, looking for someone who is not afraid of hard work. Compensation $20-28/hr depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description January-March (40 hrs/wk): Cleaning and shipping chickpeas. Overseeing and operating the cleaning, sizing, sorting and packaging equipment. March-May (65-80 hrs/wk): Spring field work. This work includes seeding, harrowing, fertilizing, spraying, truck driving and many other tasks to get crops planted and established. Washing machinery at end of season. June-July (40-50 hrs/wk): Summer projects, elevator maintenance, grain bin construction. July-September (90-100 hrs/wk): Harvest. Combining, bank out wagon driving, truck driving, and repairs as needed. September-October (65-80 hrs/wk): Fall field work. This work includes harrowing, seeding, fertilizing, spraying, truck driving and many other tasks to get crops planted and established. Fall tillage to prepare for upcoming spring work. October-December (40 hrs/wk): Cleaning and shipping chickpeas. Overseeing and operating the cleaning, sizing, sorting and packaging equipment.
