Hello We are currently seeking finish grade skid equipment operator. The current job is located in Erie Co. M-F 7_330 We have work all over the metro area but this is the first job you will need to be at and should last about 6 more weeks at this site. Please list desired pay rate, Pay rate is based solely on experience.

We don't cater or give concession to insurance companies, we take care of our clients investments and our employees! This is a full time year round position! We use OEM parts matching programs on 99% of our vehicle repairs to accommodate our clients. We are a large well-organized shop looking for a well-organized person who produces high quality work. Our workflow is in place with procedures to make your job less stressful and an enjoyable place to work. We have a dedicated crew, 3 full time painters , in house mechanical shop and ample space to move vehicles thru production. Our shop is very busy and we desire employees who will rise to the occasion. This position is unique because we do not have a lot of employee turn over. We are looking for a stable very long term employee. Please have all of your own tools and valid drivers license. We are a family owned business of 57 years and truly believe that weekends are for family, friends, relaxing and enjoying your hobbies and your time however you see fit. EXPERIENCE WITH INSTALLATION OF INSULATED METAL PANELS IS A PLUS. Lead & monitor team members to ensure operations flow and work is being performed safely and quality. Work alongside and supervise workers responsible for miscellaneous construction projects. Ensure that crew complies with site rules, safety, and construction standards. Prepare and submit accurate, detailed, written daily reports for the project. Keep the team’s energy and spirits up. Resolve issues between workers or fire employees who don’t pull their weight. Communicate instructions, inspect work, and work side-by-side with their employees to demonstrate techniques or help. Provide assistance to Site Safety, Health, and Substance Abuse Program to ensure the safety and well being of all personnel at the job sites. Maintain communications with Project Manager to ensure proper coordination of the project among the on-site office, job site operations and subcontractors/suppliers for the project. MUST HAVE: Minimum 5 years of Foreman experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor performing general construction work. Experience in supervising/managing employees and motivating them to complete projects on schedule. Knowledge and experienced in carpentry, including but not limited to; metal frame, drywall, doors & hardware, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, etc.. Ability to read blue prints and construction plans, maintain equipment and manage paperwork. Good communication, management, and coordination skills. Must have current Driver’s License, OSHA Safety Course Certification, Operator licenses, Red Cross First Aid; and CPR Certification.
