Responsible for proper procedures of mounting and balancing tires to vehicles as needed for customer and consumer vehicles. Must be capable of lifting over 50 pounds. The Field Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the daily performance goals of the Field Crew members. The Supervisor must be knowledgeable of various trades, including but not limited to shower glass installation, mirror installation, bathroom accessories installation.
