Law Realty manages a wide range of industrial, warehousing, and office spaces throughout the New England area. The property management team performs consistent property maintenance, landscaping, upgrades and renovations, and the occasional special project for its tenants. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas of routine, preventative and emergency maintenance: • Minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment • Assisting with other types of repairs or maintenance • Operating power equipment for grounds maintenance or snow removal • Assist in moving equipment, racking, office units, furniture, etc. • Provide services as needed to tenants and tenants’ properties. • maintains clean, safe, and orderly work area and sites. Qualifications: • Must be 23 years of age or older • A valid driver’s license.
