The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can provide insightful analysis to support executive decision-making and drive the company's financial health and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position.
