Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All technicians participate in a rolling on-call calendar. Dolly and hand cart provided. - Provide excellent customer service while performing deliveries. - Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by dispatcher. - Valid drivers license required.
