It is important to remember, we maintain a waiting list for which you would need to complete a waitlist application for in order to be placed in line for an apartment once one becomes available. We anticipate between a 6-month and 2-year wait for a unit and cannot foresee anticipated unit availability. Your best course of action is to complete a waiting list application if you are interested in housing at this community. Our current pricing and income limits are listed below but please note, is subject to change at any time. Also please note that in order to qualify for the apartment, the gross household income must be two-times (2X) the rent amount of the apartment in order to meet the minimum income limit. Also, the combined, gross household income must be below the maximum limit which is determined by the number of persons that will be living in the apartment and the program which is assigned to the apartment being applied for.
