Key responsibilities include ensuring a smooth office flow, maintaining patient confidentiality, and performing various clerical tasks like data entry and managing office supplies. Knowledge of No fault Insurance and Workers compensation is a plus. If no experience we will train.

Responsible for covering the recovery room by controlling the flow of patients, taking vitals, removing IV, doing blood drawers and completing paperwork. Changing bed linen, cleaning recovery room and packing patient snacks. Monitoring the patient vitals consistently. Cleaning before, during and after procedures to ensure an esthetic environment. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday completing clinical paperwork, answering phones and booking patient appointments, triaging patients, completing stool studies, allergy skin testing. etc., Spanish speaking highly preferred. Must be a Medical Assistant and have experience in healthcare. Hours Mon, Thurs 7:30-4:30 Wednesday 8:30-3:30 Tues, Friday 8:30-4:30.
