This is a full-time on-site role located in New York, NY for a Sauté Chef. The Sauté Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals following the restaurant's recipes and standards, managing the sauté station, overseeing the quality and presentation of dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Sauté Chef will also collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to ensure effective communication and efficient kitchen operations. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and cooking a variety of sauté dishes Experience in managing a sauté station and ensuring food quality Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Culinary training or industry certification is a plus Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale restaurant
