Posh Pop Bakeshop, New York’s premier gluten-free dessert destination, is expanding—and we’re looking for passionate, polished, and experienced Front of House team members to join us at our newest NYC locations! 💵 Compensation: Full-Time: $900/week (Minimum 40+ hours/week) Part-Time: $500/week (Minimum 25+ hours/week) 🧁 About the Role: As a Front of House employee at Posh Pop, you will be the face of our bakery. You'll provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and welcoming space, and ensure guests experience the magic of our handcrafted treats. ✨ Responsibilities Include: Greeting and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism Packaging and presenting desserts with care Managing orders through delivery apps (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.) Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front area Operating POS systems and handling transactions Assisting with restocking, labeling, and daily closing duties 📌 Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a front-of-house, customer-facing role (bakery, café, or hospitality preferred) Legally authorized to work in the United States Availability to work all days of the week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays 📍Locations: We're hiring for multiple new locations throughout New York City! 🌟 Perks: Weekly pay Opportunities for advancement Work in a fast-paced, creative environment surrounded by desserts!
