Cafe Malou, a new breakfast / lunch cafe seeks line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers for a new restaurant. We are seeking enthusiastic, hard-working individuals who like to get up early and work in a collaborative team environment. Cafe Malou is a cozy neighborhood cafe that feels like home. We offer breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch serving unfussy dishes that spring from the melting pot of flavors that make New Orleans the most unique food city in America. From the perfect breakfast sandwich, and hearty plates of eggs, grits and andouille sausage to an open faced baked crab sandwich, a classic kale caesar, a warm crustless quiche and everything in between. All BOH team members should: - be able to lift 50lbs - have reliable transportation to and from shifts - be able to work shifts that start as early as 6am - have weekend availability - be excited to work in a collaborative, respectful environment We seek full or part-time employees, compensation ranging from $15-$18 plus tips (based on experience.)
