We are a top-producing real estate team in Silicon Valley seeking a talented Part-Time Desktop Publisher to join our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate marketing design and understands how to communicate effectively with a highly qualified, discerning clientele. Responsibilities • Design and produce marketing materials including property brochures, listing presentations, flyers, postcards, digital collateral and how to optimize time and effectiveness using A.I. tools. • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. • Leverage A.I and real estate tools,MLS, KW Command, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc. to streamline and elevate marketing assets. • Tailor designs to appeal to a high-net-worth audience. • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support listing launches. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in desktop publishing, marketing design, or a related field. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and real estate related AI and marketing platforms. • Strong understanding of design that resonates with affluent clientele. • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills. • Experience in real estate or luxury branding is strongly preferred.
