Create project plans, schedules, budget and status reports and other deliverables that ensure website development projects are staying on time and on budget. Create appropriate project documentation such as Teamwork tickets to help our internal teams understand what is expected of them, so that they deliver quality work in an efficient manner. Collaborate with management to continually refine and enhance the company’s overall website design and development process. Collaborate with the Strategy Team to integrate new and innovative solutions that respond to internal and client needs. Evaluate new business leads, engage in lead generation, and participate in proposal creation. Represent the company to the larger web and marketing communities by occasionally engaging in conferences and networking opportunities. Requirements We don't necessarily care how long you've been managing projects; more important is the passion and talent you bring to the table. With that said, it would be nice if you have the following experience: 7+ years experience managing complex comprehensive, integrated client projects. Preferably in an agency or client-facing environment. Experience with content management systems such as Drupal, WordPress or Sitecore. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how it applies to custom CMS builds. Experience with industry tools such as Teamwork, Smartsheet, Excel or other project management systems that are used to create schedules, budgets, status reports and more. Experience in contract and budget management. Experience writing functional and technical requirements. Excellent written and oral communication skills. The preferred candidate would be local to the Greater Philadelphia area and able to travel into the office 3 days a week. This individual will be a member of IT Help Desk Team and ensure systems are operational, configured appropriately and performing correctly. Responsibilities: Server operations: Measure the power and performance of various server platforms including both internal and competitive systems. Responsible for server assembly, operation, SW installation and debug/repair of hardware. Setup, configure, run maintenance, and lifecycle of Storage and Data Backup solutions. Patch management testing and coordination including development and testing security patch packages. Participate in technical on-call rotation. Me and my gals are looking for someone to join our house cleaning team immediately! Must be reliable, have a cell phone, reliable transportation and valid drivers license. We clean monday through friday daytime hours. At this time we are offering a part time position with growth to full time. This would be about 3 days a week with the possibility of extra hours as a fill in. Must be available from 7:45 a.m to 5 p.m. The hours are non negotiable. Pay is weekly starting at $17/hr. Travel time is also paid. Experience is preferred as this is a pretty fast paced and very detailed skill set but willing to train the right person.
