Position Summary: As a Technology Specialist at Reigner Technology, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and network infrastructure. You will work directly with clients, project managers, and field technicians to ensure all technology solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems, servers, routers, and switches. Manage structured cabling installations including CAT5e/CAT6, fiber optics, and wireless access points. Conduct site surveys and support system design for new projects. Collaborate with clients to assess technology needs and provide tailored solutions. Document installations, configurations, and system performance reports. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and best practices. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in IT support, low-voltage cabling, or network infrastructure (preferred). Strong understanding of network architecture and system integration. Familiarity with tools such as Fluke testers, labeling systems, and patch panel setups. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites. We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team and work closely with Operations to ensure a smooth and successful rollout. Position Overview The Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist will lead and support the implementation of Odoo across multiple departments. This role will partner directly with the executive team to understand workflows, configure modules, migrate data, and ensure the system is tailored to meet business needs. This is a full-time position working directly for Frank & Jimmie’s Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Operations and leadership to define ERP requirements and project goals. • Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, HR, etc.) based on business needs. • Assist with data migration, validation, and integration with existing systems. • Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials. • Provide training and hands-on support to staff during and after implementation. • Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and recommend best practices for ERP adoption. • Work with external Odoo partners or consultants as needed. Qualifications • Prior experience with Odoo ERP implementation or a similar ERP system is strongly preferred. • Understanding of business processes across operations, accounting, and inventory management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data handling. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities. This position reports to the Manager of Network Services and will manage all aspects of the project including vendors and consultants to achieve goals on all the network projects with an enthusiastic willingness to contribute. The Senior Network Engineer must have rich experience managing enterprise networks, architecture design, implementation, migration, and operation management, which may involve the following technologies: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security, Audio Visual, Voice systems, Server/Storage/Backup systems, etc. This role must be able to gather IT requirements, build and manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and create status reports. Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and key Business users. Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of a project & stakeholders involve ensuring consistency in reaching the project's goal. Works closely with the users and technology workstreams to identify requirements. Prepares cost estimates for staff resources, vendors, consultants, hardware, and service costs (i.e. WAN, Internet, voice circuits, etc.) Develop project plans, define team deliverables, and supervise the work of various team members. Conduct all aspects of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure for projects. Manage issues, risks, change controls, and status reporting. Recognize any potential opportunities, risks, or complications at the customer side. Inform TTS-US upper management to make action plans for TTS-US to expand its business opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree  Japanese/English bilingual  3+ years of hands-on work within large-scale enterprise networking environments.  Fundamentals of Networking and demonstrated experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.  Good level understanding of TCP/IP routing and switching, along with network design best practices (CCNP Level)  Good level understanding of dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.), Network Security (Firewall, NAC, etc.), Switching topologies on both Wired/Wireless networks, and Cloud/Virtual networking. (CCNP Level)  Experience writing technical specifications is recommended.
