Job Summary: Cannabis Production Technicians are directly involved in manufacturing our products from the initial stages to final sale-ready units that will be distributed to dispensaries throughout the state and ultimately into the hands of our customers who enjoy our top-of-the-line branded products. Duties/Responsibilities: Manipulating flower and oil. Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products. Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods. Required Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law. Ability to work well with others and independently. Ability to learn and adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis. Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment to meet goals without sacrificing quality. Ability to maintain a high standard of health and hygiene as required by OSHA. Ability to follow instructions and be receptive to feedback/coaching from the management team to maintain product quality. Education and Experience: HS Diploma or GED required. 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position. 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods is preferred. Must have working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of standing or sitting for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Must have full use of arms and fingers for fine manipulation of cannabis. Must be capable of repetitive motions using hands and arms while working with cannabis. Metal Works is growing! We have multiple opportunities available for experienced candidates. Overview: Performs TIG Welding on aluminum, stainless steel on flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. Duties include: • Read and interpret Prints, Drawings, product documentation, and producing product meeting industry welding standards. • Use Measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers. • Verification of weld according to the customer specifications and the company’s workmanship standards. • Clean and maintain welding equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that equipment is in good working condition and all safety features/precautions are maintained. • Must have the ability to receive and maintain operator self-inspection stamp to meet quality expectations of Metal Works, Inc and the customer. • Notify Management and or Quality when corrective action is required. • Verify that Operation Steps indicated on the Job Traveler have been signed off prior to beginning job. • Complete job travelers, and ensure job paperwork follows parts through the manufacturing process. • Enter labor into manufacturing system via barcode prior to releasing product to the next operation. • Responsible for the quality and adequacy of own work. • Adherence to the Company’s Personnel Policies & Procedures. Knowledge/Skills Ability to follow instructions verbal and or written Maintains accurate and complete records. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for an 8-10 hour shift. Lifting capabilities 15-20 lbs repeatedly with maximum lifting of 50 lbs. Education and or Experience High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, technical school certification for welding and at a minimum 1 year welding experience.

Position Summary: Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, sets up and operates machine tools, and fits and assembles parts to fabricate and repair metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools by performing the following duties. Responsibilities: • Study specifications such as blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions, and visualizes product to determine materials required and machines to be used to fabricate parts. • Computes dimensions, plans layout, and determines assembly method and sequence of operations. • Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathes, milling machine, and grinder, to machine parts, and verifies conformance of machined parts to specifications. • Verifies dimensions, alignments, and clearances. • Examines standard or previously used dies, tools, and jigs and fixtures, and recommends design modifications regarding construction and function of part. • Develops specifications from general descriptions for specialty tools and draws or sketches design of product. • Must help the team maintain a clean and organized environment. • Work with Maintenance Dept to reproduce machine parts for timely repairs. Skills & Abilities • Understands Controls and Instrumentation, Manufacturing Experience, Mechanical Inspection • Proficient with a variety of machine tools, including, lathes, mills, grinders, etc. • Proficient with the use of both metric and standard measurement systems. • Proficient in the use of precision gauging. • Experience with single hit and progressive dies • Experience working with progressive dies (tight tolerances) in a precision metal forming/stamping plant. • Experience trouble shooting progressive die production issues. • Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Education & Experience • A minimum 15-20 years’ experience .
